Welcome to SOLID - The Student Organization for Legal Issues Concerning Drug-Use
The Student Organization for Legal Issues Concerning Drug-Use (SOLID) was created by Drexel Kline School of Law students in 2023 to cultivate a more inclusive and relatable educational community for students wishing to address substance abuse concerns associated with performing at law school and critically examine drug policy. The organization informs members, allies, and the public about the barriers encountered by people experiencing substance abuse and provides pro bono legal services to communities impacted by anti-drug law.
Since its inception, SOLID has been active in the community, working with other schools and organizations to educate others about marijuana law, the impact of the war on drugs, harm reduction, and much more. SOLID continues to grow and seeks to break down barriers for those impacted by drug addiction and the policing of drug use.
The mission of the Student Organization for Legal Issues Concerning Drug-Use is not attributable to Drexel University.
